"Great Value Overall"
I was pleasantly surprised by this! I paid less than I expected, and the box was actually nice for the price. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but in the end I’m happy with it and feel like I got my money’s worth.

The box just felt kind of cheap to me and it didn’t really hold up well after using it a bit so I was disappointed because I expected it to feel sturdier

The box arrived in really rough shape... like, totally smashed and crushed!!! The packaging was ripped open in spots, and it just looked really bad when it got here!!

"Decent, but nothing that stands out"
It worked fine and did what I needed, but it feels average compared to what a lot of other people seem to be using. Not bad at all, just not something I’d rave about.

"Shipping took a lot longer than expected"
I ordered this last month and it ended up arriving way later than I expected. I reached out to support a couple times and got replies along the lines of, “it’s on the way” and “thanks for being patient,” but that didn’t really make the wait any less frustrating. The product finally showed up, but I’m not too happy with how long the shipping took

"Poor communication and no clear owner"
The whole experience was frustrating. I barely got any updates unless I chased them myself, and even then the replies were slow or didn’t really answer my questions. It also never felt clear who was actually responsible for my issue, so I kept getting bounced around or left wondering who owned it. Overall, it made everything way more stressful than it needed to be.

so, the return process was annoying, and then the refund took way longer than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Delivery turned into a frustrating mess"
I’m still waiting on my delivery and haven’t gotten any real updates. When I tried to ask what was going on, the response felt really dismissive, like I was being talked down to for even asking. I get that delays happen, but the lack of communication made the whole experience way more frustrating than it needed to be

"Honestly, I got frustrated trying to use it"
I really wanted to give the site a fair shot, but it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. Pages took a while to load, menus weren’t where I thought they’d be, and I kept having to click around just to find basic stuff. Like I’d look for one thing, then end up on a random page, then hit back, then try a different button, then still not be sure if I was in the right place. The layout just didn’t feel natural to me either — sections blended together, links weren’t super obvious, and I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to do next. Maybe someone who already knows the site would be fine, but as a first-time user, I got tired of searching, waiting, scrolling, and guessing. After a bit, I just gave up.

"Decent help, but slow replies"
I reached out to customer service with a question about my order, and they did eventually get back to me, but the wait was longer than I expected. There were a couple days between replies, which made the whole thing feel a little impersonal, like I was just a ticket number sitting in a queue.
That said, once someone responded, they were polite and did help get the issue sorted out. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but the response time could definitely be better. Three stars feels about right.
